TheFaceOfAI is both the title of this piece and the name of the inaugural product we are building at TheTechMargin. We see AI as an infinitely capable teammate by which iteration, brainstorming, and collaboration are accelerated across disciplines. TheTechMargin aims to increase diversity in tech by creating products, content, and workshops designed to empower humans. We believe inclusive design and accessibility are core to positively impacting society via technology. Sonia, the founder of TheTechMargin says the following about her process in co-creating this artwork with AI: "TheFaceOfAI was made by iterating between AI tools and editing tools. This iterative process is one which I have used for many years, without AI. Adding AI into the iteration chain of creating video artwork was like adding a new kind of teammate that is more akin to an externalized brain then another human. The prompts were simple, my own pitch deck for TheFaceOfAI (the product), clips from my video pitch, and clips from video art I am currently working on. I was able to keep TheTechMargin branded colors by adjusting the strength of the input prompts. The result is an artwork that combines branding, computer rendered faces and bodies, and generated pseudo-words and letters as though one is reading inside of a dream."
BRXND is the brainchild of Noah Brier. Noah has spent the last twenty years operating at the intersection of marketing and technology—first at award-winning agencies, and later as an entrepreneur. In 2011 Noah co-founded Percolate, the world's leading content marketing platform. Percolate worked with brands like Uniliever, GE, and Google and was backed by Sequoia, First Round Capital, and Lightspeed. The company was acquired by Seismic, the leading Sales Enablement Platform, in 2019.
