Toni Clayton-Hine is the CMO for EY (Ernst & Young) in the Americas. She has over 25 years of experience driving transformational growth and profitability across a range of industries, including technology, professional services, and media. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating strategic plans that connect brand with demand, and developing strong relationships with customers and partners.
Before joining EY, Toni was the Global CMO for Xerox. She is on the board of several associations including CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, the NY Chapter of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), and is a member of the ANA CMO Growth Council.
Toni lives in New York with her husband and 2 teenage daughters. She loves to travel and is working hard to improve her tennis game in time for summer.
