Anita is Executive Director of Strategy at McKinney in Los Angeles, with nearly two decades of experience creating award-winning work for brands like Pantene, QuickBooks, IMAX, Blue Diamond, Samsung, and Uniqlo. She leads the AI Task Force at McKinney, driving the agency's AI adoption. She was recognized by ADCOLOR in their 2022 Leadership program and recently achieved an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson. She has taught at General Assembly, mentored at UCLA's Venture Accelerator, and advised Ladies Who Strategize. She also writes on marketing and culture at Frame Strategy.
