I'm a product leader and journalist with expertise in content strategy and AI. I currently work on Amazon's Rufus product team, where I specialize in building a more helpful and delightful Shopping AI.
Before this, I was the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Toolkits, a business media company that covers content, publishing and marketing. Toolkits was acquired by A Media Operator in early 2025.
Prior to Toolkits, I was director of editorial products at Digiday Media. I'm also the founding editor of Glossy.co, a business publication about the future of fashion and beauty, and I was on the founding content teams for Modern Retail, a publication about the retail sector, and Tearsheet, which covers the future of fintech.
